Miami
A city residence on the bay — layered materials, considered light, and rooms tuned to the rhythm of Miami.
Light modern
This residence is finished almost entirely in pale oak — walls, ceilings, cabinetry, and floors — so the architecture reads as one continuous warm surface. A waterfall marble island anchors the kitchen, while ivory sectionals and a slim glass-topped table keep the living spaces light and open.
Black-framed glazing runs floor to ceiling on two sides, opening onto a covered terrace and the garden beyond. Sheer white drapery diffuses the light without shutting it out, and tropical greenery is brought inside as a material in its own right. The result is a bright, uncluttered modern interior tuned to South Florida daylight.
