About the studio.

Luxe Design Studios is a small practice working between Miami and Fort Lauderdale — drawing residences, ateliers, and boutique commercial interiors for clients who value the quiet over the loud.

Founded in 2018 by Nicholas DeJesu, the studio has grown slowly and by invitation only. Our approach is unhurried and material-first: we begin every project with an inventory of the site’s existing conditions, then work outward through drawings, samples, and long conversations.

We collaborate with a small circle of joiners, plasterers, and metalworkers — many of whom have worked with us since our first commission. The studio publishes an annual folio of completed work, printed in a small edition and available on request.
